Landlord-Resident Agreement

Resident agrees to:

1. Pay their rent on time
2. Maintain property
3. Report to landlord any damage(s) that occur
4. Resident issues are not to become landlord's problems
5. Obey by local laws
6. Respect their neighbors like they would want to be treated
7. Cause no additional damage to property

Landlord agrees to: 

1. Maintain a safe and maintained property
2. Respect resident privacy
3. Landlord's problems don't become resident issues
